Strategic Partnership
Cotersa Limited provides various marketing services, including website development, SEO, online presence management, and paid advertising. By engaging with Cotersa Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services Offered
- Website Development: Cotersa Limited will design and develop a website optimized for SEO, promoting your services and locations to attract quality customer inquiries.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Cotersa Limited will implement SEO strategies to improve your website’s visibility on search engines.
- Hosting: Cotersa Limited will provide hosting services to keep your website online and accessible.
- Online Presence Management: Cotersa Limited will manage your Google My Business profile and social media accounts, sharing content and posting promotions or special offers.
- Paid Advertising: Cotersa Limited will launch and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Pay Per Click and Facebook Ads. The client is responsible for the advertising costs paid directly to platforms like Google, Facebook, etc.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Cotersa Limited offers a CRM system for project management, allowing the client to track leads, communications, and other project-related activities.
Client Responsibilities
- Follow-Up on Leads: The client must follow up on leads resulting from marketing activities by Cotersa Limited.
- Record-Keeping: The client must maintain and update records of all leads generated via Cotersa Limited’s marketing activities.
- Use of CRM: The client agrees to use Cotersa Limited’s CRM for project management, including tracking leads, communication, and project milestones.
- Content Review: The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, images, and other materials on their website are legally compliant and do not infringe on copyrights.
Payment Terms
- Commitment Fee: A one-time fee agreed upon before starting the project.
- Revenue Share: 5% of the revenue generated from marketing activities will be paid to Cotersa Limited.
- Recurring Payments: For any works with recurring payments, cancellation requires a 30-day notice via email or written letter.
Cancellation
- Notice Period: Either party can cancel this agreement with a 30-day notice by email or written letter.
- Outstanding Payments: If the client cancels, any outstanding fees must be paid as per this agreement.
- Misconduct: Cotersa Limited reserves the right to cancel contracts due to inappropriate behavior without refund, with full payment due.
Intellectual Property and Legalities
- Client Responsibilities: The client must ensure that all content, images, and other materials on their website are legal and do not infringe on copyrights. Cotersa Limited is not responsible for any illegal or infringing content.
- Content Removal: Cotersa Limited reserves the right to remove or take down any material deemed illegal or inappropriate.
- Website Attribution: Cotersa Limited holds the right to place a small text link in the website footer indicating that the website was created by Leads Nurtured, with a link to our website. This can be removed upon request.
General Business Terms

- VAT Charges: Cotersa Limited reserves the right to charge VAT on payments automatically in the future.
- Privacy: Cotersa Limited will not sell personal information to third parties but may share it with related services.
- Use of Client Content: Cotersa Limited holds the right to use your website links and materials for promotional purposes.
Availability and Support
- Opening Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday and 09:00 – 4:00pm Friday on business working weekdays. Closed on bank holidays.
- Business Interruptions: Cotersa Limited reserves the right to close for various reasons, including staff shortages, weather conditions, and seasonal holidays.
- Support: Cotersa Limited will address reported issues within business hours, with a reasonable response time.
Conduct
- Cotersa Limited does not tolerate swearing, anger, or harassment towards its employees. Misconduct can lead to contract cancellation without refund, and with full payment due. Threatening behavior will result in communication by postal mail only.
